I had been looking for someone for a while to fix my carpet after I was silly and burnt it :(! I found Stuart after much looking - he responded very quickly, answered all my questions and gave me a good quote. Arrived on time on the day had protective footwear which I loved, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to repair the carpet. Super friendly throughout and had great chat. I’m super impressed with the results can’t even see where the burn was, allowed me to watch and ask questions while he was doing it which made me comfortable. Even at the end had a look at something else I asked a question about in regards to my carpet when I hadn’t originally asked. Very very happy customer would use again and recommend to everyone!
