MAKING A PAYMENT
Firstly, thank you for using Cobra Cleaning.
Below you can find our bank details and payment methods which you can use to pay us.

Domestic Customers: Please leave your surname as the payment reference.

Payment Methods
1: BACS (bank transfer) on the day your chosen services are completed.
2: Cash or Cheque on the day your chosen services are completed.

TERMS and CONDITIONS
By making a booking with Cobra Cleaning, and using our services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below:

Cancellations
We request that you contact us within 48 hours of your booking if you would like to cancel, or rearrange. If we have requested a deposit, it will be non-refundable if you have not contacted us within 48 hours of your booking. The Cobra Cleaning team will always wait up to a reasonable half an hour after the pre-arranged time for you to arrive on site, before leaving. After this, if we have taken a deposit, your deposit will not be refunded.
if no deposit has been taken an invoice will be generated for our minimum charge to cover time lost.

Domestic Customers
We do expect payment on the day our services are completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties. In the event of late payment, invoices unpaid will incur a surcharge of £50, notified in writing. The client has within seven (7) days from the date of the written notification to pay £50 plus the original invoice amount. If payment is not received within the seven (7) days we automatically instruct our debt collection agency to recover the full invoice amount plus surcharge fee. The debt collection agency will include their own fees of which we are not responsible.

Commercial Customers
For all our commercial cleaning services, we do expect payment within seven (7) days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties. In the event of late payment, invoices unpaid will incur a surcharge of £50, notified in writing. The client has within seven (7) days from the date of the written notification to pay £50 plus the original invoice amount. If payment is not received within the seven (7) days we automatically instruct our debt collection agency to recover the full invoice amount plus surcharge fee. The debt collection agency will include their own fees of which we are not responsible.

Parking
Cobra Cleaning requires a designated parking space for the duration of a clean.
Normally, most of our customers have a designated parking space or provide a visitor permit badge for the day. If this is not possible, there may be an additional charge.
It is important for us to be able to park as close to the property/building as possible so we can carry our materials and machinery when carrying out carpet, upholstery or hard floor cleaning services.

We reserve the right to cancel works if parking facilities have not been pre-arranged before arrival. We will also not park on privately owned land or car parks, unless we have explicit permission to do so within a designated space.
