Your carpets will be deep cleaned using a hot water extraction process that is also commonly referred to as steam cleaning.
We use the latest twin vacuum heated cleaning equipment, and use a unique carbonating cleaning solution that unlike shampoo will not leave any sticky residues behind in turn prolonging the life and appearance of your carpets.
Once we have identified your carpet type and fibre content the correct pre spray will be applied and allowed to dwell. The carpet will then be mechanically agitated using a counter rotating brush machine to fully break down soiling. This part of the process is excellent for removing ground in soiling, dust and pet hair that vacuuming alone cannot fully remove. Soiling will then be extracted away using our powerful extraction unit combined with a neutralizing rinse solution.
Carpets will be groomed and protective tabs placed under furniture where required.

Rooms do not have to be emptied as we are happy to move furniture where practical and safe to do so. In preparation for our visit we do ask that as many small items be cleared from floor areas. This will enable us to provide you with the most efficient and thorough clean of your items
